Dining on the Oregon Coast: The Salmonberry

Mafaldine (a ruffled pasta ribbon), house-made from semolina flour and flecks of dulse (a local seaweed), with whole poached garlic cloves, fresh peas, and lean pork belly, silkened by cream, sprinkled with parmesan, strewn with chive. One bite and you look heavenward. The pasta is masterful. The sauce seraphic.
